"Let me start by saying changing insurance companies has usually been a nightmare for me . Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Shakira from State Farm insurance. This experience was like no other in a good sense. I had lots of questions, Shakira had all the answers. I've been known to get frustrated do to my A D D & A D H D . This transition went way better than expected. I was not nervous & my anxiety was at a minimum. My agent was amazing. She truly treated me like family. I also got quotes way better that my current insurance. That was my goal today to find good insurance & a better price . I got both & was highly pleased . It gets better , to keep my anxiety from getting the best of me she did a huge favor for me . She stayed on the phone & did a three way call with my insurance company that I was canceling to make sure everything went well. I couldn't be happier. I got better insurance & better rate , she managed to save me a little over a thousand dollars. She also made sure that I got every discount that was available to me & my family. I highly recommend speaking with Shakira & getting a quote ."
